Shipping policy All orders are processed from 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. After selecting one of the three options below, your shipping cost will be calculated, according to the size and weight of your package in addition to your delivery address. Shipping Type: Tracked Express Local delivery Yeabuddy Ltd does not offer local delivery. In-store pickup Yeabuddy Ltd does not offer in-store pickup. International Shipping We offer international shipping. Our international shipment framework adheres to the standards outlined above ( tracked, express). How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. If you haven’t received your order within 4 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@yeabuddy.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Shipping to P.O. boxes Royal Mail Policy: Royal Mail does allow for delivery to P.O. Boxes. Box. Refunds, returns, and exchanges We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
